        <h2>Zutaten<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>540 g Kichererbsen<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd gehackte rote Zwiebel<\/li>\n<li>1 geriebene Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n<li>240 ml Kokosmilch<\/li>\n<li>350 ml passierte Tomaten oder Tomaten aus der Dose<\/li>\n<li>1 EL Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>1\u00bd cm geriebener Ingwer<\/li>\n<li>1 EL Currypulver<\/li>\n<li>1 TL Koriander<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc TL Kumin<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc TL Paprikapulver<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd TL Chiliflocken<\/li>\n<li>Salz und Pfeffer zum Abschmecken<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Zubereitung<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l erhitzen und Zwiebeln bei mittlerer Hitze f\u00fcr 1 Minute anbraten.<\/li>\n<li>Knoblauch und Ingwer hinzuf\u00fcgen und eine weitere Minute anbraten.<\/li>\n<li>Curry, Koriander, Kumin, Paprikapulver und Chiliflocken hinzugeben.<\/li>\n<li>Nach 30 Sekunden die Kichererbsen, Tomaten und Kokosmilch einr\u00fchren und unter h\u00e4ufigem<\/li>\n<li>R\u00fchren 5 Minuten kochen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und weitere 60 Sekunden kochen.<\/li>\n<li>Entweder so genie\u00dfen oder auf Reis oder Quinoa servieren.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Tipps<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Das Curry schmeckt bei Aufbewahrung im
