Ca. 5 Minuten d\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n<li>In einem Topf daneben die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche k\u00f6cheln lassen und anschlie\u00dfend die Hirse hinzugeben und umr\u00fchren und kochen lassen, bis eine relative cremige Masse entsteht.
