Danach vom Herd nehmen und kurz quellen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>W\u00e4hrenddessen, die Zwiebel, das Knoblauch und den Ingwer sch\u00e4len und klein hacken.<\/li>\n<li>Das \u00d6l in einem Topf erhitzen und die Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Ingwer ca. 2-3 Minuten and\u00fcnsten. Die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche und Kokosmilch eingie\u00dfen, danach Linsen dazugeben und 10 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Dann Spinat unter die Linsen mischen und 2-3 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Anschlie\u00dfend mit den Gew\u00fcrzen abschmecken und zusammen mit dem Reis genie\u00dfen \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Tipps<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Vor allem gut geeignet f\u00fcr Vata und Pitta Typen.<\/li>\n<li>So ein Dal ist auch echt super, um es f\u00fcr den n\u00e4chsten Tag zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck bzw.
